- The Account Managers provide on-site help and support to all QDP Customers and together with Customer Services ensure every survey is completed with 100% Customer satisfaction.
- Every Customer has a named Customer Services team member who will ensure each survey runs smoothly and is also available to answer questions concerning any questionnaire based feedback exercise you may wish to undertake.
- QDP will provide full support through all stages of every survey:
- Planning your surveys
- Questionnaire design and target list creation
- Printing, online set-up, mailing or phone calls
- Data analysis and Report production
- Training to help understanding and use of the reports
- Additional requirements and reports
