Cambridge Regional College
We have used QDP for all our main survey needs since 2002 and currently run our two main learner satisfaction surveys each year, one shortly after induction and one mid-year.
The staff are knowledgeable, and always very helpful and friendly, and we have always found them quick to respond to our changing needs, such as incorporating on-line questionnaires to our surveys.
QDP have always proved particularly flexible and capable in accommodating changes to reports and schedules when required. The reports are always accurate, reliable and delivered on time, and we find the national averages particularly useful in tracking quality improvement processes over time.

Training for today
Training for today runs two employer and four leaver surveys per year using QDP. The reports generated prove to be really helpful and informative in moving our quality improvement processes forward.

West Thames College
QDP Staff Surveys have been part of our staff engagement strategy since 2002.
They offer a consistent way in which we can monitor staff opinions. They allow us to identify areas for improvement and track the effects of the changes we implement over time. QDP have always been flexible, supportive and good value for money. We can recommend the service as a valuable asset to monitoring and planning.

Coatbridge College
We accepted QDP's survey offer in June 2009, which we chose to invigilate using their online service. We were pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the whole process ran; the questionnaire looked professional and the learners had no problem responding to the survey.
The support we received from QDP staff was fantastic. They were very approachable and ensured that we were updated every step of the way, from set up of the survey through to the end.
The survey results we received delivered information that would have been time-consuming to gather through an in-house system.
As a college we are very excited and enthused about what QDP are able to offer.
We are planning to use QDP next academic year for all our surveys and would recommend other Scottish Colleges to take up the [QDP] survey offer.

Wiltshire College
There were three aims of our Early Leaver survey, which were to find out why students left the College,
identify quality issues within the College which caused them to leave, and to try to encourage them back to the College.
We identified, also, that a modular curriculum would allow learners to return within a reasonable time and that the College needs to provide good quality Information, Advice and Guidance.
The in-depth reports from our QDP survey helped us to identify where we need to improve our service to learners.

Coleg Menai
I am happy to recommend QDP Services as our experience with the service is excellent.
We have recently completed an online learner survey and were delighted with the whole process.
It was very painless; the students had their own individual login codes so could login and complete the survey in their own time, which worked well for our college. The reports were delivered within 10 days which was marvellous!

City of Wolverhampton College
City of Wolverhampton College has been a QDP customer for over 7 years now. We carry out two learner surveys every year, Induction and On Programme.
QDP are a very friendly and accommodating company. We find it’s always easy to get hold of somebody who knows what is going on and is able to help.
Our questionnaires and reports arrive on time and most importantly of all, the information they provide is invaluable for our self assessment and planning.

Halesowen College
Halesowen College carried out a Destination survey through QDP last winter and we were very pleased with the data the survey produced.
It enabled us to trace the progress of hundreds of our former students. We are planning on repeating the survey again this year and would recommend the service to other providers.

St Margaret's Anfield Church Of England Primary School
Our school has recently completed a Parent & carer survey through QDP. The reports were of the highest quality. They enable us to compare the views of male and female parents/ cares from all years and any splits in views can be identified quickly and easily. In addition, by outsourcing to QDP, we have saved a lot of staff time and attributed cost.

South Thames College
QDP has taken much of the hassle out of running learner surveys at South Thames College. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and very professional and help to make the whole survey process run smoothly.

Coleg Llandrillo
The College has used QDP to review the perception of FE, HE, WBL learners and employers over the last two years.
During this time QDP have supported the college to develop a solution which monitors distance travelled, identifies and disseminates good practice, and targets resources at courses where perception is below benchmark.
The process has delivered a comprehensive suite of web-based management reports that enable perception to be analysed at college, directorate, programme and course levels, against appropriate UK benchmarks.
We feel that using QDP allows us to respond quickly to the learner voice, improve the quality of teaching and learning, and will place us well to conform to the new Quality & Effectiveness/Estyn frameworks.

North Warwickshire and Hinckley College

University of Bolton
We have been working with QDP since 2001 and started using them as we were struggling with reliable and centrally controlled analysis and reporting from our University-wide student satisfaction surveys.
